@material-ui/coreMUI (formerly Material-UI) is the React UI library you always wanted. Follow your own design system, or start with Material Design.
One of the library I have used more. Its very simple to build we applications with less effort and with less design thinking . Almost most commonly used components are there in material UI with well documentation. Recently I created a component manually with more effort and when i go through the material UI documentation i found the same component there with more efficient. And still updating with new components. And making the dark mode is simple if we are following the correct procedure . And it provides best way to make the website responsive .

expressFast, unopinionated, minimalist web framework for node.
Express is very beginner friendly library for building backed applications it has very less learning curve compared to other library like Django. When i started studying Django its just confusing some concepts but when i tried Express its became very easy to start with. For JavaScript Developers there is no better choice to build a backed application whether it is REST API or ordinary back end. After the knowledge from express i could catch up the concepts in Django. If you want to start web development then express is a best starting point .
react-bootstrapBootstrap components built with React
I used bootstrap in my simple web pages it was powerful for building responsive and good looking websites and when i studied react bootstrap is there also with its full potential . On developing websites the main problem will be positioning the elements bootstrap perform very well in that part in my projects i use bootstrap mainly for flex boxes and other way to position things . Ir has a very good documentation and almost every commonly used components are there in the docs.
@material-ui/iconsMUI (formerly Material-UI) is the React UI library you always wanted. Follow your own design system, or start with Material Design.
Almost used in every project that using material UI. Most of the icons are available in material UI icons. Very simple to use along with material UI. In some of other icon providers are limiting number of downloads or request money for downloads but this is totally free and customizable for our needs . Both material UI core and material UI icons are used in my many projects. We can see every icons in the documentation and simply copy and paste the import statement and use it
discord.jsA powerful JavaScript library for interacting with the Discord API
I had participated for a competition named BFH organized by Tinkerhub. For that my task was to create a discord bot . I have no previous knowledge about how these things are working but when i go through the documentation i got a clear picture about this . And the documentation is very beginner friendly and the library also easy to use. I just completed my work in few days that is because of this easiness. I recommend every one should try it out ,
reactA declarative, efficient, and flexible JavaScript library for building user interfaces.
React just upgraded the front end development to the next level . It's great documentation and community support make it unique . Now react is focusing on functional components that's very great because a when i started using react the class components are little confusing but when i started using functional components it seem to be simple. This approach make react more beginner friendly .The hooks are very easy to use in functional components for me.
swaggerSwagger module for node.js
While your are creating a backed API its very import that to create a proper documentation of it for communicating with front end developers . Either you can go for manually typing all the details oh God that's very difficult and can't even think about it.And the effective way to do this is use swagger . It will create a better way to organize API documentation in efficient manner. Very useful library and unavoidable for making REST API Back-end
typescriptTypeScript is a superset of JavaScript that compiles to clean JavaScript output.
When i started using typescript my react projects i found that's little bit difficult and full of type errors and my time spent for fixing these errors . That's help me a lot for understating the core concepts and need of typescript . Yes it has a learning curve but if you are ready to cross it it will result in your projects and skills. It will create a new way of coding and reduce the many errors. It extended the capabilities of JavaScript .
axiosPromise based HTTP client for the browser and node.js
Most used library for HTTP requests . Very beginner friendly and easy to use. In Most of the front end application requires dealing HTTP Request and response , axios makes this part very easy. Handling errors and making request is very easy. There are other clients like Ajax I haven't used that in my projects used to axios. The one different from the built in function fetch is that axios convert the response data to json and the error handling
react-nativeA framework for building native applications using React
Its a very good framework for building mobile applications since JavaScript and mostly related to react js its not very difficult to start learning .The other competition to react native is Flutter but i don't preferred it because i am not interested learning a new language. With java Script we can build front end back end mobile and desktop applications. So i preferred learning a new language is more difficult than learning a framework

webpackA bundler for javascript and friends. Packs many modules into a few bundled assets. Code Splitting allows for loading parts of the application on demand. Through "loaders", modules can be CommonJs, AMD, ES6 modules, CSS, Images, JSON, Coffeescript, LESS, ... and your custom stuff.
Great Documentation

The best JS/TS bundler I have ever used. I have used browser and Rollup ( review coming soon ) before I stumbled upon webpack. It was one of my friends who introduced it to me. I have to say, I instantly fell in love. The most attractive feature about it for me is the flexibility it provides. I can customize it as I like using the plugins and make it my own. Configuring webpack is like writing a separate program itself ( this can be a problem if you just want to get something simple done ). The speed and doc support available also blew me away.

lessLess. The dynamic stylesheet language.

Its e great library for building complex websites as the project becomes large its very hard to maintain the css files and css classes there the less comes to play we can create variables and functions to css it expands the use of css we can easly changes the design with these and easly expand our project . I have used less for some of my projects it was very easy to use not much learning curve and the documentations help us every where we stuck.

@firebase/authFirebase Javascript SDK

When it comes to building authentication workflow this is the most robust yet easy solution I can think of. It supports all kinds of logins as well as signups. The federated login providers provided by this are also very good. It easily integrates with all the other firebase platforms like cloud functions and Firestore. The ability to set custom claims as well as an anonymous login feature makes this a really flexible option.

@tensorflow/tfjsA WebGL accelerated JavaScript library for training and deploying ML models.

I recently used TensorFlow js to create a DCGAN. The architecture was based on a transformer. I read a paper and was trying it out. The network performance ( training ) was incredible. I was not expecting it to even reach 1 epoch but it blew my mind when it finished 2 epochs in 3 hours. Eventually, I had to use pre-trained weights as I could not train it on my old PC. I have to say that the docs ( the official ones ) are incredible, but what caught me by surprise was the fact that the TensorFlow APIs change drastically over the versions. This got me stuck for a while but was able to resolve the problem with the support of the amazing community

vue🖖 Vue.js is a progressive, incrementally-adoptable JavaScript framework for building UI on the web.
Great Documentation
Easy to Use
Highly Customizable

Its very easy to use and easy to learn if a developer i had a previous experience of using react before i came in to vue . It has very powerful documentation and community support that's make vue learning very simple . And its highly customizable and less complected than react js. If you are a beginner and starting to learn front end technologies this is one great way to start .
