Vue is a great framework! It's really easy to learn and its performance is slightly faster than React. It continues to grow in popularity every year, and isn't jumping the shark with things like hooks. I use Vue for all of my projects because it's so much faster to set up, and you don't need a computer science degree to understand it.
Angular is great...if you're a masochist. I've tried learning the various versions of Angular over the years and never been able to get it 100% since Google keeps abandoning it and making new versions. I can't understand why anyone would want to use this framework when much better technologies like Vue exist.
React is fine if you've never used Vue...It's a chore to set up and perform any kind of basic task with it. React enjoys a big reputation which keeps it at the top of the framework popularity contest and that means you're pretty much required to learn it if you want to be employed in 2020.
