reactA declarative, efficient, and flexible JavaScript library for building user interfaces.
I've moved from react to Angular 4 years ago and never looked back. Modularity and scalability are unknown concepts on this framework. You'll always depend on third party libraries -bad documentation or abandoned- obscure code and a sectary community. What could be worst? Oh, yes! FaceBook is worst! But I meant what coding experience could be worst? None.

@ionic/coreA powerful cross-platform UI toolkit for building native-quality iOS, Android, and Progressive Web Apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
You must be a expert on Ionic to ask in their forums... or you'll be humiliated! Don't go there searching for answers, people there don't want to teach, just show how clever they are.

@angular/materialComponent infrastructure and Material Design components for Angular

I use material in all of my angular projects now. Angular material was a very nice addition with angular v7. It makes the ui design aspect of your frontend very straightforward using standard patterns that users are use to. Highly recommended, especially if your team is lacking design expertise.

Hard to Use
Bleeding Edge

React is fine if you've never used Vue...It's a chore to set up and perform any kind of basic task with it. React enjoys a big reputation which keeps it at the top of the framework popularity contest and that means you're pretty much required to learn it if you want to be employed in 2020.
